Incident at CALGARY INTL AB (CYYC)

Summary

2003-01-14: UPDATE Maintenance and Manufacturing reported that the main landing gear micro switch wire was broken. The wire was repaired by an AMO in Calgary and the a/c was returned to service the same day.
2003-01-13: C-FXLO, a Piper Navajo, was on approach at Calgary after a flight from Red Deer when the pilot advised Tower of unsafe gear indication with main gear. He requested AFF be on standby. The aircraft subsequently landed safely. No operational impact. The cause of the unsafe indication is not known.
