Incident at SAINT JOHN NB (CYSJ)

Summary

2003-12-30: CGBCO a PA46 inbound to Saint John from Portland was informed the Saint John weather special at 2308Z (Vis 0 FZFG RVR RWY05 800ft) and continued approach for Runway 05. The Pa46 Missed the Approach at 2329Z and was then was cleared by Moncton ACC for an approach to Runway 14 in Saint John. The Visibility had improved to 1/8 FZFG and pilot informed YSJ FSS of good visibility on RWY 14 approach. The PA46 landed safely at 2334Z.
