Summary

2003-12-29: CJA125 B737-200 enroute Halifax to Ottawa, 20 miles northwest of Halifax, had to return to Halifax due to a landing light problem. No assistance required and aircraft landed in Halifax at 1311Z. Nil TSB
2004-01-21: Update Maintenance and Manufacturing - The B737 returned to Halifax due to right hand main gear red unsafe light remaining on with the landing gear retracted after take off. Maintenance confirmed landing gear accessory unit MLG uplock switch card damaged. The landing gear accessory unit was replaced, the function was then checked serviceable, no further occurrence.
