Summary

2003-12-22: RCH233 a US Military C5A was en-route from LEMO (Moron AFB) to Dover AFB. At 0720Z 250 NM South East of Sydney NS the aircraft declared an emergency due to a hydraulic failure. The C5 then Proceeded direct to Dover. The aircraft exited Moncton FIR at 0858Z. RCC was advised.
