Summary

2003-12-22: At 1817Z a Cessna Caravan (C208) N403VP on a flight from Narsarsuaq to Goose Bay at FL180 reported engine vibration resulting from icing. The aircraft requested a descent to 3000 ft. Gander ACC gave the requested clearance. The aircraft eventually was re-cleared to FL100. The flight landed in Goose Bay without further incident at 2114Z.
