Summary

2003-12-08: A Cessna 500 from Wilmington blew a tire while landing on Runway 33 in Halifax at 1822Z. The aircraft was able to vacate onto Runway 24. ACA167 was delayed for a few minutes while Runway 33 was inspected. Runway 24 was closed until the aircraft was removed at 1950Z (1hr 28 min).
