Summary

2003-12-05: At approx 0103Z RCH859Y a USAF C-130 advised it was shutting down the #4 engine as a precautionary measure due to an oil leak. No assistance was required. At 0122Z approx 20nm West of St. John's the aircraft declared an emergency due to the oil leak and engine shutdown. The aircraft landed safely on Runway 29 at 0138Z.
