Incident at GANDER INTL NL (CYQX) (Aerodrome, runway or taxiway shutdown)

Summary

2003-12-04: Update ANS & Airspace - The personnel working on the runway inadvertently hit the door locks when exiting the vehicle. They left the doors open, however a gust of wind blew them shut. The airport has changed their practice when two vehicles are on the runway, so that both vehicles are now carrying a spare key for the other vehicle.
2003-12-03: Unavailability of a Runway - Gander Intl - Due to Truck - SVC334 - Details - At 1735Z an Airport Service vehicle was on Runway13-31 in Gander when asked to vacate the runway. The vehicle advised they were locked out of the vehicle. LAL7619 a Be1900 was on the approach for Runway 31. The B1900 was re-sequenced for Runway 22. The vehicle exited the runway at 1814Z.
