Incident at Gander Oceanic


2003-11-17: AAL101 a Boeing 777, at position 5640N 30W, and at FL360 declared a medical emergency and requested a clearance to Keflavik due to a 43-year-old male passenger who was ill. ATC was unable a clearance at FL360 so the aircraft carried out contingency plans to FL 380 and was cleared direct to Keflavik.
