Summary

2003-11-17: KFA289 a B727 St. John's to Moncton recognized that his receiver was not working 20 miles east of Moncton and squawked 7600. The flight proceeded to the Moncton NDB and carried out the full ILS approach for Runway 29, while transmitting intentions on the tower frequency. At approximately the time the flight went outbound, by the beacon, the receiver appeared to function. The aircraft landed safely at 2330Z. TSB - Evaluating
