Incident at FREDERICTON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Summary

2003-11-13: A PC12 (GFLA) was issued an East-Bound SID Departure off Runway 15 Fredericton. The aircraft appeared to be on the runway heading and when questioned by the controller, the pilot reported he was in a right turn to heading of 270 degrees. That would be the procedure for the West-Bound SID.
2003-12-02: Update - ANS and Airspace - It was confirmed that after Take Off the aircraft maintained runway heading till it was 1.5 nautical miles from CYR724 and had not turned. Then the controller contacted and questioned the pilot. The aircraft then made a right hand turn where a left hand turn was specified in the SID Departure.
