2003-11-10: DAL30 a B767 en-route from John F Kennedy Intl to Moscow at a position 140 nautical miles South East of Halifax advised that they needed to turn back and land due to an unruly passenger who they believed was intoxicated an a threat to flight safety. The Aircraft diverted to Halifax and landed at 0149Z.
