2003-10-22: A CL600 Medivac (QUE10) was preparing for a flight from Wabush to Quebec. The aircraft required to be de-iced prior to Take Off. The De-icing equipment was not available at the airport. As a result, the aircraft was delayed because it had to be de-iced by hand.
