Summary

2003-10-16: A Military C-130 departed Halifax at 1424Z and was bound for EGDL (Ludwigshaffen). At 1428Z the aircraft called Halifax TCU and advised the #3 engine was shutdown an requested to return to Halifax. AFF and the Halifax Airport Authority were advised. The aircraft landed safely at 1436Z with AFF standing by. There was no significant delay to other aircraft.
