Summary

2003-10-14: While on an extended downwind for Runway 23 CFTAQ (a Luscombe) ran out of fuel and declared an emergency. CFTAQ glided safely and landed on Runway 32. The Pilot then hand towed the aircraft off the maneuvering area via Taxiway C.
