Incident at DEER LAKE NL (CYDF)

Summary

2003-10-08: LAL8311 B1900 enroute Stephenville to Deer Lake advised on final approach into Deer Lake that LAL8311 was circling as they had a landing gear indicator light problem. Pilot cancelled IFR and two minutes later advised that indicator light problem was due to the light bulb and was rectified. LAL8311 landed on runway 07 at 1045Z. Nil TSB
