At 0514Z The aircraft advised of a medical emergency (a 42 yr old male with chest pains, and fluctuating blood pressure). The Aircraft requested to divert to St. John's and was given a turn around under radar control. The Airbus requested to have an ambulance meet the flight in St. John's and landed safely at 0556Z.
