Incident at WEYMAN AIRPARK NB (CCG3)

Summary

2003-07-31: Quebec FIC faxed Moncton ACC the following info. CGORQ a BE24 closed his VFR flight plan from Iles-de-la-Madeleine to St. Jean, then the aircraft declared an emergency. The aircraft reported having lost all his on-board electronics. The Beech Musketeer then diverted to the Weyman Airpark in New Brunswick, and landed without difficulty.
