2003-07-03: N7502S landed in Saint John and had been operating on a FVR flight from Bar Harbour Maine. The pilot had filed a flight plan but failed to open the flight plan. As a result the aircraft conducted a trans border flight without a flight plan and no VFR alerting service was provided for this flight. TSB - NIL
