Summary

2003-06-27: A US Air Force K35A at Flight Level 190 operating within Moncton FIR advised of an emergency due to a 'fuel situation' and requested a diversion direct to Bangor. The aircraft descended to 4000 ft and shut off all unnecessary electrical equipment including it's transponder. The aircraft departed the Moncton FIR at 2356Z.
