Incident at GRAND MANAN NB (CCN2)

Summary

2003-06-25: A Cessna 206 (N4862U) on an IFR Flight from St. Stephen NB To Digby reported a rough running engine at 2000Z shortly after departure. The aircraft was at 7000ft directly overhead Grand Manan Island and chose to divert to Grand Manan. The aircraft landed safely at 2217Z.
2003-06-27: TSB - Update - 2003-06-27 - A03A0072: The Cessna 210, registration N4862U, was on an IFR flight from St. Stephen to Digby and shortly after departure the pilot declared an Emergency to ATC due to a rough running engine (Continental IO-470). The Pilot decided to divert to Grand Manan Island. The Aircraft landed safely 2217Z. Grand Manan airport personnel advised that the problem was a leak in the Oil Cooler.
