2003-06-19: After departure at the Fredericton Airport, a Cessna 320 (C-FUAL) transmitted directly to another aircraft while operating on 119.0 MF Fredericton. Also, while inbound to Fredericton at 1744Z, the aircraft transmitted directly to another aircraft, and was told proper MF procedures.
