Summary

2003-05-05: A US military C5 Galaxy was enroute from Rota to Wheeler AFB at a position 45N 33W and at Flight Level 300. The aircraft declared an emergency and requested a diversion to Gander due to the shut down of the number 4 engine. The aircraft was cleared to Gander via 47N 40W then direct at Flight Level 220. No further assistance was required. The aircraft Landed Gander Runway 04 at 0657Z. TSB - Nil
