Summary

2003-04-28: The pilot of a Cessna 182 on a FVR flight from Bangor to St. Stephen New Brunswick, called the Halifax FIC to close his flight plan. The pilot stated that he had filed a VFR flight plan with the Bangor FSS. The Halifax FIC had not received this Flight Plan. The aircraft had entered the Canadian airspace without an active Flight Plan, and no VFR alerting service was provided for the flight.
