Summary

2003-04-09: A US Navy C130 enroute from Brunswick Me. to Mildenhall was at a position 35 NM Southeast of Saint John when the aircraft reported an unspecified problem and requested to dump fuel and return to Brunswick. Several aircraft were delayed at Moncton and Halifax. The fuel Dump was completed by 2036Z and the aircraft departed Canadian airspace at 2038Z.
