Summary

2003-04-07: A Cessna 172 GPBP was departing Moncton and destined for Miramichi. The aircraft engine quit when the pilot applied full power on take-off. The pilot was able to restart engine and taxi off the active runway. One VFR C172 was on final had to do a 360. TSB - NIL
