Incident at BOBBS intersection (150 miles SW of Goose Bay)


2003-03-31: Approximately 150 Nautical miles South West of Goose Bay, an American Airlines B767 enroute from Dallas to Zurich requested a clearance for a diversion to Boston due to a hydraulic pressure problem. The aircraft declared an emergency, but subsequently reported the situation 'stable'. Halifax RCC was advised. The aircraft was cleared from Canadian airspace to Boston ARTCC at 0201Z. TSB - NIL
