Summary

2003-03-28: A PA31 aircraft arrived in Fredericton from a US Airport without an active flight plan. The pilot indicated he filed a flight plan with the Bridgeport FSS and activated the plan with Bridgeport Radio. Halifax FIC did not receive the plan. It was reported that the aircraft had departed from KPED. This location could not be verified or identified.
