Incident at HALIFAX / STANFIELD INTL NS (CYHZ)

Summary

2003-03-28: Maintenance and Manufacturing - 2003/03/24 - CanJet maintenance personnel determined that an out of adjustment landing gear safety sensor & ground spoiler interlock cable prevented the landing gear from retracting. The cable was adjusted in accordance with the Maintenance Manual, the gear successfully swung and the aircraft returned to active service.
2003-03-24: A Boeing 737-200 had departed Halifax en route to Ottawa at 1237Z. The aircraft was unable to retract it's Landing Gear and returned to Halifax. The aircraft landed at 1251Z. AFF was standing by. No delays were experienced to other aircraft. TSB - NIL
