2003-03-24: A Boeing 777, en route from Heathrow to Baltimore at Flight level FL380, was approximately 9 minutes west of 54N 50W at 2310Z. The pilot reported PAN PAN due to a Medical Emergency. The aircraft requested and received a diversion clearance to Gander. The aircraft landed in Gander at 0002Z without further incident. TSB - NIL
