Summary

2003-03-18: A C130 departed St. John's bound for Lajes (Azores). Approximately 110NM east the aircraft declared an emergency due to elevator control problems. The aircraft dumped fuel and returned to St. John's. Emergency vehicles were placed on standby. The aircraft landed at 1522Z without incident.
