Incident at HALIFAX / STANFIELD INTL NS (CYHZ)

Summary

2003-03-07: A Dash8 departed Runway 33 in Halifax and the Tower advised the aircraft that smoke was observed coming from the #1 engine. The aircraft returned and landed at 1508Z
2003-04-23: Jazz Maintenance found some ice build up under the Left hand Fingernail and refrozen water streaking down the aft of the engine Nacelle.
