Incident at HALIFAX / STANFIELD INTL NS (CYHZ)

Summary

2003-03-05: A Dash8 en route from Halifax to Gander was at a position 45 NM East of Halifax when it requested to return to Halifax due to a small technical problem. No assistance was required. The aircraft landed without incident.
2003-04-23: Right 'Elevator Horn Heat' light came on after Take Off. The crew attempted a fix and reset Circuit Breaker with no success. They returned to Halifax. Maintenance reset system by selecting Right Elevator Horn to Alternate.
