Summary

2003-03-03: An RJ-200 Regional Jet en route from Toronto to Saint John was conducting an ILS to Runway 05 and the ILS signal failed while the aircraft was approximately 10 miles final. The system pulsed and remained serviceable for the remainder of the aircraft's approach. The aircraft landed safely at 0300Z. The failure of the system was likely due to the weather.
