Summary

2003-02-27: C-GZLX C172 VFR CYQM CYQM. Aircraft landed Rwy 29, reported flat nose wheel. Tire changed on runway, taxied off without further incident. No impact on operations. Nil TSB
2003-03-10: Update - This was a main wheel, not the nose wheel as reported.
2003-03-11: Update - Maintenance and Manufacturing - An inspection of the wheel revealed a 1/4 inch slit (separation) in the seam of the tube near the stem. An identical problem with another main wheel tube occurred soon after this event. The tube is manufactured by Michelin. An SDR has been submitted & supplier contacted.
