Incident at GANDER INTL NL (CYQX)

Summary

2003-02-06: TSB Update - A03A0015: N713CK, a Boeing 747-200 aircraft, was in cruise flight at FL340 when the oil pressure light for the number 4 engine illuminated. The crew advised Gander ACC that they had shutdown the engine and requested and received clearance for a diversion to Detroit.
2003-02-05: A Boeing 747 was enroute from Oostende Belgium to Riverside AFB/CA. At 2132Z the aircraft was at Flight Level 340 at 56N 50W and advised it was shutting down the number 4 engine due to an oil pressure light. No emergency was declared. No assistance was requested. The aircraft requested and was given a clearance to FL300 and diverted to Detroit. There was no other traffic. TSB - Case Closed - A03A0015
