Summary

2003-02-03: A PA31 was enroute from St. Pierre to Sydney and established on final approach. The Flight Service Specialist in Sydney observed the aircraft on short final with the landing gear retracted. The pilot was immediately advised. The landing gear was extended and the pilot continued the approach and landed without incident.
