Incident at GANDER INTL NL (CYQX)

Summary

2003-01-29: A Boeing 747 enroute from Los Angeles to Heathrow within Gander Oceanic airspace at Flight Level 370 advised experiencing fuel temp problems. The aircraft requested a clearance to Flight level 310. The aircraft was given a clearance to Flight Level 360 and was told lower altitudes were unable due to other traffic. The aircraft then declared emergency, followed contingency procedures and descended off course to Flight Level 330.
