Summary

2003-01-29: Several aircraft required descent below Flight Level 350 due to very low fuel temperatures at FL350 and above. This occurred in an approximate area bonded by 56N 40W - 56N 30W - 54N 30W - 54N 40W at FL350 and above. UAL966 a Boeing 767 declared an emergency and was cleared to FL320 (there was no traffic). KLM 618 a Boeing 747 had to execute contingency procedures to get a lower altitude due to traffic at intermediate altitudes and received a new clearance upon reaching FL280. ACA 890 a Boeing 767 and DAL129 a Boeing 767 requested and received clearances for lower altitudes (there was no traffic).
