Incident at ST. JOHN'S INTL NL (CYYT)

Summary

2003-01-22: A Beechcraft 1900D which was taxiing from the hangar to the terminal apron reported that a refueling truck was in close proximity to the aircraft while taxiing on Runway 34. The Truck was instructed to follow the B1900 along the intended taxi route. The truck passed the aircraft on the runway. The incident is being treated as a vehicle infraction.
