Summary

2003-01-13: CGUHJ PA28 LANDED RWY29 AT 1548Z. WHILE TURNING AROUND ON RWY STRONG WINDS MOVED THE AIRCRAFT INTO A SNOW BANK. THE PILOT AND PASSANGER PUSHED THE AIRCRAFT BACK ONTO THE RWY AND TAXIED CLEAR OF THE RWY (NO DAMAGE TO A/C). AS A RESULT, ACA600 HAD TO EXECUTE A MISSED APPROACH (1550Z)AND RECEIVE VECTORS FOR A SECOND APPROACH WHEN THE RWY WAS CLEAR AND LANDED AT 1604Z. NIL TSB
