2001-10-01: The pilot of C-GCNT, a PA-28 Cherokee, landed on Runway 27 in Saskatoon and informed the Tower that the front tire was flat. The aircraft was unable to exit the runway, making Runway 09/27 inoperable for an hour and ten minutes, when it was re-opened for service.
