Incident at SUNDRE AB (CFN7)

Summary

2001-09-25: The two pilot/owners of the Mooney M20K-231, C-FKNH were conducting practice approaches to Runway 14 at Sundre airport when the aircraft was allowed to undershoot into a barbed wire fence. The aircraft landed uneventfully on the runway with apparent minor damage to the right main gear door and leading edge of the right wing. An inspection by a maintenance engineer will determine the level of damage.
