Incident at THOMPSON MB (CYTH)

Summary

2001-09-26: UPDATE Maintenance and Manufacturing reported that the rough running was caused by a crack in the #6 cylinder assembly. The cylinder was replaced and the aircraft returned to service. An SDR will be filed shortly by the AMO.
2001-09-21: C-GWAB landed on a lake 100 miles north/northwest of Thompson and north of South Indian Lake due to a severe engine vibration. There was no damage to the aircraft. The company and RCC were advised.
