Incident at REGINA INTL SK (CYQR)

Summary

2001-09-18: SGS3 departed Runway 13 and reported a bird strike to the TCU. The aircraft reported a flock of approximately 60 starlings over Lakeview subdivision. The aircraft responded on arrival. The firehall staff reported no damage to the aircraft.
2001-09-20: UPDATE Aerodrome Safety reported that the aircraft was inspected by AFF staff upon landing and no damage was evident. Regina Airport has an ongoing bird and wildlife control program in place which consists of regular monitoring and required removal of bird and wildlife hazards. This incident was, however, beyond the boundaries of the airport's program.
