Incident at PRINCE ALBERT (GLASS FIELD) SK (CYPA)

Summary

2001-08-28: Transwest Air 202, a BAe Jetstream 31, was departing Prince Albert on a flight to La Ronge. During the takeoff roll, the aircraft commenced a yaw to the left which could not be controlled with the rudder. The crew rejected the takeoff from about 40 kts and taxiied the aircraft to the ramp. Maintenance found that the left brake was sticking. The operator plans to file an SDR with TC.
