Summary

2001-08-01: The crew of PAG 114, a Metro II inbound IFR to Winnipeg from Berens River, was cleared to descend to 7,000 feet and changed to arrival frequency. The crew read back the clearance correctly. PAG 114 did not contact arrival and continued the descent to 5,300 feet, when the aircraft was once again requested by ATC to switch to the arrival frequency. No loss of seperation occurred.
