Summary

2001-07-16: At 0304Z, the Watson Lake CARS operator observed C-FDLL, a DHC-2 Beaver, depart the water aerodrome with no contact made to the CARS operator. The CARS operator attempted to contact C-FDLL without success. C-FDLL also did not contact Whitehorse FSS on 126.7.
