Summary

2001-06-29: UPDATE Aerodrome Safety reported that the airport at Prince Albert has an ongoing bird and wildlife control program. Airport management states that the deer in question probably jumped the airport perimeter fence.
2001-06-28: At 1944Z, TW 100 (Transwest Airlines) was on the threshold of Runway 08 at Prince Albert preparing to depart when the crew reported two deer on the runway. Staff 31 was notified. TW 100 departed and N28KC, a Beech King Air, arrived. FSS kept both aircraft informed of the location of the deer. The deer appered to have exited through the fencing on the north side of the field. Staff 31 reported all clear at 1958Z.
