Incident at WINNIPEG / ST. ANDREWS MB (CYAV)

Summary

2001-06-20: C-GEPJ, a Cessna 188, landed on Runway 13 at St. Andrews and a rudder pedal broke after landing and the a/c rolled off the north side of the runway. The pilot was able to taxi the a/c under its own power, with 2 people steering the tail section.
2001-06-25: UPDATE TSB reported that the Cessna 188 operated by Ag-Flite, was landing at St. Andrews on Runway 13 following a crop spraying flight. During the landing roll, the right rudder pedal broke, and the pilot lost control of the rudder. The aircraft ground-looped to the left and departed from the runway. There was no damage to the aircraft from the ground loop.
